Dr. Sarah Ahdut earned her undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University, graduating with honors. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry, where she graduated as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa. Following optometry school, Dr. Ahdut completed a residency at a community health center in East New York, Brooklyn, affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals. Her residency focused on primary care optometry, with specialized training in ocular disease management and community health.
Dr. Ahdut is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping each patient achieve their best possible visual outcomes. She has a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye disease, as well as cataract surgery co-management.
