Elise Krupoff, O.D.
Dr. Elise Krupoff was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Psychology from Pace University in New York City, where her experience working in eye care during her undergraduate years sparked her passion for optometry. She then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to attend Nova Southeastern University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and her Doctor of Optometry degree.
During her training, Dr. Krupoff gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease while working alongside ophthalmologists in multidisciplinary practices. She has a special interest in treating dry eye disease and myopia control/management. In recognition of her dedication to myopia control/management, she was honored with the Robert B. Mandell Award in 2026.
Dr. Krupoff has also been actively involved in clinical professional education. She has presented case reports on myopia management, research on ocular surface disease at professional meetings, and has delivered educational lectures on topics including dry eye disease, specialty contact lenses, and retinal pathology.
Dr. Krupoff is passionate about helping patients achieve their best vision while providing compassionate, individualized care. She enjoys educating patients and believes that taking the time to explain eye conditions and treatment options helps patients feel confident in her care.
Outside the office, Dr. Krupoff enjoys exploring local farmers markets, spending time at the beach, practicing Pilates, trying new restaurants, traveling, and making memories with her friends, family, and her cat.
